Givaudan Company, currently considered as the world’s leading corporation in flavor and fragrance industry, was founded in 1895 in Lyon, France. In 1898, Givaudan moved to Geneva, Switzerland and constructed a factory in Vernier.
In 1946, Givaudan opened a perfumery school, which trained a third of the world’s creative perfumers. Givaudan is investing more than 10% of its net revenue in Research & Development department to ensure that future will stay as brilliant as today for the Company.
